How to get into it
If you're really flexible, then you probably can just stand in front of each other and throw a leg up over your partner's shoulder - easy. But for the rest of us, try easing that leg up.
Giver, take a knee. Raise your partner's leg over your shoulder. While you're down there you better be partaking in some amazing cunninlingus. Now, slowly stand. Ease her leg up along with you.
Receiver, hold onto your partner's arms, shoulders, neck. You don't have to move very much in this position, so just try to stay standing.
Giver, pay attention to your partner. Don't pull a muscle of hers. Just glide in and out of her with ease.
Benefits for the giver
- You'll be able to go deeper with her leg up like that
- You will get to look into each other's eyes -- it's romantic
- It stretches your gluteal muscles
- It improves balance
- It's intimate and romantic
